Dalian Yipin Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd was established in 1997,through development over ten years,it has become an industrial and commercial enterprise which has nearly 200 staff.The company is located at the northern suburbs industrial park of Dalian,which is national heavy industrial base and port city and is also famed "the pearl in north of China".It is close to the terminal of Shenyang-Dalian express way and with a distance of 20 km or so to Dalian port.It takes up land of only 20,000 square meters and has 3 workshops for riveting-welding,machining and assembling,which has relatively strong ability for complement.
Over the years,the company has been constantly training and engaging professional for sale,design, technology and quality control.Now it has more than 20 technicians,engineers and senior engineers,and more than 10 inspectors among them including 4 nondestrictive testing inspectors all with three or two class certificate who can do UT,MT and PT,etc as per the different standard.
During 2006 to 2008,we successively had had its quality system audited conforming to ISO9001 by AQA welding quality system audited conforming to ISO3834-2 by SLV-Duisburg;production approval by DNV and LR;welding approval as preconditions of wokshop by GL.
Owing to completed quality system and gradual expansion of overseas business,the production quality of DYMMC has been improved steadily.
Main products:
Metallurgical and mining handling machinery,coke oven machinery,metallurgical car,steel continuous casting machine,steel rolling equipment,deck machinery,nonstandard reducers and so on,nonstandard equipments as well as riveting-welding parts,casting and forging parts.
Main equipments:
Metal-cutting machine tool:gantry milling machine(8000*3000mm),gantry planning milling and grinding machines(4000*2500mm),open side planer(6000*1250mm),flooring boring machine(130mm),horizontal boring machines(125mm and 110mm),NC vertical lathe(2500mm),vertical lathes(2000mm, 1600mm and 1250mm),plane grinding machines(2000*500mm)and other lathes, millers,shapers,slotters,drillers ,grinders,etc.
Riveting-welding equipments:NC flame cutting machines(5500*14000mm and 3000*12000mm),oil pressor(1000t),hydraulic shear (2500*12mm),belt- heater as well as various kinds of welding machines.
Lifting equipments:single main grider crane,overhead traveling crane,gantry crane and so on.Amount to more than 10 sets.The maximum lifting capacity is 40t.
In the past more than ten years,starting from scratch,from small to large,from simple to complicated,DYMMC has grown up and strengthen gradually.So far it has had a lot of clients both home and abroad.Some products have been sold to Europe and America,Japan,South Asia and southeast Asia,etc.
